These are the words of an old folk tune sung in the local dialect by travelers along the Gothic route as they entered the Borzanka the XVIII century inn, the oldest one in Nowy Targ, and in fact in the whole area, for the food in the Borzanka, the specialties of Polish regional cuisine were always and still are the best!
